Common issues with stamping parts
Source: Release time: 2023.05.23
Stamped parts may encounter some problems during use. Today, we will introduce the problems that mold parts may encounter during the stamping process

1. Convex and concave: foreign objects (iron filings, dust) mixed into the uncoiling line, causing convexity and concave;

2. Sliding mark: occurs when suddenly stopped or accelerated due to roller sliding;

3. Roller stamp: caused by foreign objects attached to the cleaning roller or feeding roller (occurring at a fixed pitch), usually the foreign objects on the roller stamp on the sheet can be removed;

4. Burr: Burrs are generated at the lower part of the steel plate cross-section. Based on the cross-section, when the height of the burrs is above 0.2mm, the iron powder generated here will damage the mold and cause convexity and concavity;

5. Crushing of coil material may cause edge wrinkling: the guide roller of the uncoiling line may cause wrinkling due to insufficient gap between the guide rollers on the mold, which is caused by the uneven feeding of coil material;
