The following is Nanpi Zhongchi Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd.'s analysis of the processability of stretching parts for you

1. The shape of the drawn part should be as simple and symmetrical as possible, and it should be formed in one deep drawing as much as possible;

2. For parts that require multiple deep drawing, while ensuring the necessary surface quality, traces that may occur during the deep drawing process should be allowed on the inner and outer surfaces;

3. On the premise of ensuring assembly requirements, it is allowed to have a certain slope on the side wall of the drawn parts;

4. The distance from the hole edge on the bottom or flange of the deep drawn part to the side wall should be appropriate;

5. The fillet radii of the bottom to wall, flange to wall, and rectangular corners of the drawn part should be appropriate. The fillet radii of the bottom to wall of the drawn part should be 1pr=1.5mm, mm5.1r2p=, and the fillet radii of the flange to wall of the drawn part should be mm2rd1=, mm5.1r2d=;

1) The dimensioning of deep drawn parts should indicate whether to ensure external dimensions or internal dimensions, and cannot simultaneously indicate internal and external dimensions. For deep drawn parts with steps, the dimensions in the height direction should generally be based on the bottom. If the upper part is used as the reference, it is difficult to guarantee the height dimension.

2) The dimensional accuracy of deep drawn parts should be below T13 level and not higher than IT11 level. According to the table, the accuracy level of this drawn part is determined to be IT12~IT13. The blank thickness of the drawn part is t=0.5mm. The wall thickness tolerance requirements for deep drawn parts should generally not exceed the variation pattern of wall thickness in the deep drawing process.

3) The materials used for deep drawing generally require good plasticity, low yield ratio, large plate thickness directionality coefficient, and small plate plane directionality. The material of the parts processed by this deep drawing mold has been determined to be 08 steel.
